Wisdom is an experienced Structural Engineer specializing in structural analysis and design for a wide range of infrastructure projects, including residential and commercial buildings (low and high-rise), warehouses, dams, tunnels & bridges, hydraulic structures, and offshore projects related to renewable energy and water resources. He has contributed to the design of projects in countries such as The Netherlands, UK, Denmark, Germany, and Nigeria. Wisdom possesses advanced proficiency in a variety of structural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SACS, CADAM, DIANA FEA, D-Geo Stability, ProtaStructure, TEKLA, STAAD.Pro, IDEAStatiCa, and more. He is skilled in hydrological and hydraulic modelling, as well as GIS analysis, and excels in preparing standard 2D and 3D design drawings.

Projects

Project name: AKV - Waste Water treatment plant enhancement in Denmark

Scope: Structural analysis and detailed calculation report which focuses on: 

  • Enhancing the structural integrity of the existing reactor tank system and its associated components.  
  • Improving and adding supports and anchoring elements to ensure optimal stability and safety.  
  • Performing lift analysis of the containers to verify the safety and adequacy of section members under lifting conditions.

Project name: Proposed Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, Department of Biochemistry

Scope: Structural analysis and detailed calculation report which focuses on: 

  • Steel trusses design and member specifications
  • Interface holding down-bolts and plates connection of steel trusses to concrete column.

Project name: Research on Hydro-geomechanical study of unlined and shotcrete-lined pressure tunnels

Scope: Research structural analysis of the tunnel which focuses on: 

  • Developing a 2D simulation model to analyse water pressure effects on shotcrete-lined and unlined tunnels under various loads.
  • Assessing rock mass safety and water seepage during construction and operation.
  • Investigating how factors like rock properties, water pressure, support conditions, groundwater levels, and overburden depth impact tunnel safety and leakage.

Project name: University of Uyo, Nigeria

Client: Mehan Nig. Co. Ltd

Scope: Structural analysis and detailed calculation report for a nine-storey building which focuses on: 

  • Generating the framing plan and model of the entire building
  • Design and detailing of pile caps with tie beam.
  • Design and detailing of reinforced concrete floor slabs, columns, and beams.
  • Design and detailing of the reinforced concrete lift shaft and staircases, etc.
